80W RX /10W TX dual-mode wireless charging control SOC
CV80T5D is a highly integrated, high efficiency, up to 50W wireless power receiver and 10W transmitter, the device can be configured as receiver or transmitter mode, when in transmitter mode, the rectifier bridge is a full/half bridge , with 16-bit PWM generator, with dead-time control. Embedded dual-channel demodulation for communications; when in receive mode of operation, the device receives AC power from a wireless transmitter, which is converted to DC power by an embedded high-efficiency synchronous full-bridge rectifier.
CV80T5D supports two-way communication of embedded modulation and FSK demodulation circuit, and is connected through an I2C interface to realize power reception/transmission and communication management, support online debugging and OTA function, low power consumption design, with over temperature, over current, over Undervoltage protection function.
The CV80T5D comes in a 53-WLCSP package with a thickness of 0.3mm, which can significantly reduce PCB size and BOM cost.
